Director of Customer Care

Responsible for building and managing a world-class customer support organization to be synchronized with relevant business groups inside and outside the Company, according to schedule and budget. This person is responsible for both managing the internal teams within Nuvera Fuel Cells as well as developing business relationships and partnerships with service providers in the relevant market areas. This person will be the point of contact for customer concerns with Nuvera products. This person will establish standards, processes and goals for meeting customer and employee needs and expectations and, in doing so, also build a profit center for the Company.
