As many of you may have heard, the Department of Energy has cut its planned fuel cell budget for fiscal year 2010 significantly, a setback for our rapidly growing industry.

This cut caused a strong reaction within the fuel cell and hydrogen community, including a joint statement issued by the US Fuel Cell Council (USFCC) and the National Hydrogen Association (NHA) denouncing the decision.

The two organizations have set up a website that offers the public an easy way to send letters to their congressmen asking for the fuel cell funding to be reinstated.
