At Nuvera Fuel Cells, we believe that in the next decade hydrogen will be present in day-to-day society, and fuel cells will be the power of choice. Between now and then, we see a gradual transition taking place. The first market we are providing fuel cells for is industrial vehicles: forklift trucks and off-road equipment. In the mid-term, the technology will begin to progress to commercial applications, such as on-site power generation systems. And eventually, fuel cells will penetrate the automotive market, first in the form of gasoline fuel cell vehicles and ultimately as hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
