Prabhu K. Rao is Vice President of Commercial Operations at Nuvera. In addition to overseeing Nuvera's product development efforts, his primary responsibilities involve cultivating strategic supplier relationships and sponsoring the company's distributed generation and hydrogen product offerings.
Previously, Prabhu was the Manager of Transportation activities at Nuvera. During this time, his responsibilities included developing strategic business and technology relationships between Nuvera and automotive OEMs.
Prabhu holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India, as well as master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He is keenly interested in the development of clean and efficient energy solutions in the stationary and automotive markets.
